This week, let me take you to the Netherlands to visit Clara Maria Cheese Farm & Clog Factory! On Saturday, I went to Pavilion Mall and had a chance to sample a very nice cheese biscuit hence the inspiration for this week’s blog post 
The name of the shop was Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory (even the name sounds yummy!) and I tasted their salt & camembert biscuit. The biscuit was milky and the cheese in the middle was thick. It was pure bliss
