Hello, everyone! I was in Cyprus for two weeks and am now happy to share with you about S Paul Hotel, a beautiful hotel where I stayed during my business trip in Limassol.
First of all, special thanks to my Chief Marketing Officer, Alfonso Cardalda and Exness for organizing the business trip!
Without the team building event, I would never had the chance to visit the offices in Cyprus.
Also, thank you for the generous budget and freedom in allowing me to choose where to stay #blessed 😊🙏💛
Actually, I want to share with you about my Troodos Jeep Safari adventure this week, but there are too many photos to filter and edit 😅
So, this week let me take you on a short tour around S Paul Hotel, a luxury and affordable, 3-star boutique hotel in the heart of Limassol.
Clara, what do you mean by luxury and affordable 3-star hotel?
And with a generous budget, why did you choose to stay there instead of bigger hotels with a gym and swimming pool?
Why You Should Stay at S Paul Hotel, Limassol
It’s true that with the company’s budget, I could choose to stay at a modern, premium apartment or a 4-star hotel with a gym and swimming pool.
But… I fell in love with the interior design of S Paul Hotel Limassol the moment I saw its photo gallery 😍
I mean, how could you not love THESE???
Some other reasons why I like staying at S Paul Hotel, Limassol are:
- It’s only 9 minutes walk from the hotel to my office in Portobello
- The hotel’s interior design is perfect for photoshoot #blogger 🌿📸🤳
- The cheapest room is below the company’s budget, so I could get a Deluxe Single Room 👏
- My room is very spacious, with minimalist-design furniture (I feel like I own a premium studio) 🤩
- Since it’s a hotel, someone will clean my room and change my towel every day
- S Paul Hotel provides branded, nice-fragrant body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
- It’s near shops, restaurants, bus stops, and my favourite gelato shop (Anita Gelato)
- Bus No.30 takes me almost everywhere in Limassol. It comes every 15 minutes and costs only 1.5 euro/1 way
- It’s near the sea and park where I could swim, walk, jog… or just sit and do nothing, enjoying the sea view
Actually, there’s a 4-star hotel that I wanted to stay at during my one-week business trip in Cyprus. However, it takes around 20-30 minutes to walk from there to my office and the city center.
On top of that, when I saw the photos of the rooms, I didn’t like the furniture. Their design made the room look cramped, with so many drawers… besides that, I’m sure the hotel is beautiful!
As for the non-existence of a gym and swimming pool at S Paul Hotel, since it was my first time in Limassol, I knew that I would be busy working and exploring the town. So, I wouldn’t have time for gym and swimming.

My Deluxe Single Room at S Paul Hotel, Limassol
Less is more – I feel S Paul Hotel, Limassol truly embodies the phrase.
Every era has its charm, be it avant-garde, baroque, or Victorian. For this hotel, my first guess for the interior design was a mixture of Scandinavian and Japandi (Japanese style).
While Scandinavian interior design incorporates minimalist and cozy architecture, Japandi combines simplicity, elegance, and nature that evokes calmness.
I could say that my Deluxe Single Room was built with Western minimalist interior design in mind.
However, the marble tables in the dining area and the bar area are clearly not Japandi style, although the dining area is green and exudes zen.
Apparently, when I read the hotel’s History page, it’s written that S Paul Hotel was curated from scratch by Natali Martini. Martini – that’s an Italian name!
In addition, this Limassol hotel was built on an 18th-century building and was named as a tribute to Natali’s great-grandfather, Paul George Pavlides.
He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II as Sir in 1955, hence the name of the hotel (Sir Paul aka S Paul Hotel).
So… maybe it’s built with an Italian minimalist design in mind? Anyway, I love the interior design! 😍😍😍

Breakfast at the Beautiful S Paul Hotel, Limassol
Thanks to my auntie who introduced me to selfie sticks and remotes!
I’m not a fan of using selfie sticks when travelling, because I feel it’s such a hassle to set up my phone and arrange my surroundings for nice photos.
BUT… I was that person during breakfast at S Paul Hotel, Limassol 😅
Correction, I allowed myself to be busy setting up my plates, hair, and phone position to capture the hotel’s beautiful interior design.
To be honest, yes it was a bit tiring. After the photo shoot, I had to quickly eat my breakfast so I didn’t arrive late at the office.
I wish I had more time to enjoy my breakfast slowly and in peace… But at least, I’m happy with the results! I feel the effort and time spent on the photo shoot were worth it.
What do you think? Hehe! 😊😊😊
Alright friends, I hope you enjoy our mini tour around S Paul Hotel, Limassol. See you again in one month, after my two trips ✈️✈️✈️
